I work days and my lights are on from 12:30pm - 12am every day. I'm either at work or sleeping when my lights are off (except for the few hours on the weekend when I'm not sleeping in).

My first actinics come on at 12:00 and last are off at 24:00
Tank is taking indirect sun light in the morning so it is pretty soft start. |
