Until version 3.3 is launched I think it requires an elelment of good IT knowledge but the new releases due very soon will make it so much easier.
One thing to note and I think this statement is very accurate and also shows a level of care from the manufacturers. matthias has not yet failed in getting one single client connected as far as i am aware. If you want help in getting up and running please either contact me at
