It will take some time for the system to deplete the reserve nutrient in your tank & then your corals will start to color up . Increased PE is because of the feeding of the corals with the Mulm/bacterial planktoon. You will get there just give it some time my friend. Ed as Jim mentioned pay albert a visit he is running a system @ the store & he is a Zeo guru  ,If I am not sure about something I call AL
