Horrible, lol. Quash it. Squish it good though, they are very well armored, I stomped one flat and it still tried to walk away once..

That would be what many call a rock/gorrila/red-eyed crab etc... They can develop into a nuisance.

Yup, he's a coral eater alright. I have 4 or 5 in my sump. They are fun to watch as they burrow in the sand bed and will eat anything they can find in the sand. All in all, I've found them to be a good thing (when kept FAR away from coral)! Toss him in your sump, if not try to find someone with a sump who is willing to take him because he is still a living thing and had to be pretty crafty to live the journey on your live rock... but he's your crab.

Haha right, he doesnt nessesarily have to be stomped, I would keep any I found if I had a tank set-up for them, but the one I had was eating the macro-algae in my sump, and I was in a rush to fix all the problems on my tank, lol.

Rock crabs can/will take down fish when larger, seen one reach out of a live rock hole with one giant claw, and snap down on a 3" fish that died instantly.
