Would like to know how many bags do I need for a 125 gal tank? and how many bags are there in a 10 ounces container?

Thanks, Mark.
Another question - I have an extra PhosBan reactor lying around, can I put the 2 bags of Chemipure in there? |

Don't see why not, if they fit.
Heck, you could probably even open up the bags and dump the contents right in the reactor, thus using the ChemiPure in a fluidized manner. As long as your flow is low enough to keep the ChemiPure inside. Cheers,
