Another question - I have an extra PhosBan reactor lying around, can I put the 2 bags of Chemipure in there?

Don't see why not, if they fit.
Heck, you could probably even open up the bags and dump the contents right in the reactor, thus using the ChemiPure in a fluidized manner.
As long as your flow is low enough to keep the ChemiPure inside.
