Have to agree with everyone else on the lighting. Buck up now or later - it will cost less to just do it right from the start for what you want to keep. That way you just buy one more expensive light fixture instead of one cheaper one and one more expensive one. Trust me I have been there.
On the flow I am a huge Tunze fan so if it were me I would go with a 6000 on a controller.
