Tubeworms are harmless. & way nicer than hair algae. I would leave them. But if you really want them gone there are several fish that chow down on them. Copperband butterflies for one.

I'd keep 'em. Adds to your tank's bio-diversity. Besides they're harmless filterfeeders. That's good for your tank.
