if you can find a friend to get you some alpine type-rs at cost, go that route, they are incredible! I have the 10" size type-r and was floored when I heard it compared to my previous 2 12" phoenix golds.
my amp does have a "high in" spot come to mention it..maybe I'll try wiring it onto that..  thanks.
