Does the ro/Di come with a TDs meter? And I'm assuming the filters are all toast by the looks of it? What is the original output without the second membrane?

To RO membranes have hardly been used, as the system was not used for saltwater. Only carbon and sediment was used.
There is a TDS meter that is not shown on the picture. Original output was 75 gpd I believe. Both membranes are 75gpd.
