LF: Cheap reactor for GFO

Hi,

I'm looking for a cheap reactor to set up GFO in my display, I'm having a bit of an algae issue, so I figure I should try to set one up before it gets out of hand, although I haven't (reliably) checked my phosphates yet, I'm pretty sure they must be a bit high.

I'm looking for something as cheap as possible currently, the frag swap left me bone dry haha.

Also, since I don't have a sump, I am considering setting this up above my tank somewhere, so it would be nice someone also had a pump to go with it.

Let me know what you guys have, hopefully someone has one kicking around that I can snatch for a good deal!
