I don't get it? I mean sure many ways to do things and I like learning new methods but why would you opt for realying on siliconing treads instead of installing the bulkhead properly with gasket on flange side? Seems strange but to each there own I guess... Just don't think I'd go recommending that approach to others.
OMG, don't tell me you are going to rely on silicone to seal your fittings ??? !!!
