Default What are these??

I have to little creatures in my tank that I can not identify.

The first is attached to the underside of the rock and puts out some kind of slim web. In the video you can see him doing his work by retracting some of the web.

The second is a free moving little guy that has grown tons since I first saw him. I am not sure what he is eating, in the past month he seems to have stopped getting bigger. Today I caught him releasing sperm into the water flow.
Can anyone confirm that the above is a Stomatella Varia like this one:

Neither of these animals seems to be hurting the fish or corals. I am just wondering what they are?
