It seems it's probably too expensive to ship the impeller. It's ~$11.00 regular post and ~$14.00 Xpresspost. It wouldn't be worth it for you as you can buy them new from an LFS for ~$35.00 if they can get one in for you.

My guess would be probably only a few bucks via regular pacel (2-9 days). Xpresspost (2 days) maybe a few dollars more. I'll get back to you when the tool is working again.
