Nano from odds and ends?

I have the following things laying around the house:

20g aquarium
Aquaclear 500
Aquaclear 300
Ebojagr heater ?wattage
2 x 20 watts NO lighting
Maxijet 900 powerhead

I have also purchased used a 24" 65W cf strip light for next to nothing.

Can I make a decent nano out of this for a beginners tank? I want to keep some easy soft corals and maybe a pair of clowns. I am not interested in spending much more money and maybe I can pick up some used live rock fairly cheap.
