That is only 185 watts.The work horse 7 balast is good for 220 watts. I have 4 55watt CF's (maxxed out at 220 watts)on one workhorse 7 balastt and they are working fine. For sockets (straight pin type the cheapest place is Brite-lite( http://www.brite-lite.com/CdnShop/Publish/vindex.htm)in Calgary I think $3 a piece not sure if they are open on Saturday if they are I bet only in the morning. Now the sockets I have are a plastic of some kind not realy sealed but I haven't had problems yet with them and I have been running them for over 1 year.
