Poor fate for those unlucky fish, they might not survive the shipping back and forth. I have been dealing with Jeff for so many years, I know he will do all his best for you. I had bought a fish from J&L that was not eating for more than a week and finally died. I made a complaint about it, and I was told I would get a discount when I get a new fish. I also bought something that had been used for over a 6 months period, I still got an offer from Jeff that I could bring it back if I am not happy with that product. All I can say is they are the best LFS in Vancouver here.
