Aqua Vision Aquatics Phosphate Solution?

Has anyone tried this stuff out? I am intrigued by it, as it claims that "Six drops of Phosphate Solution will lower phosphate by 0.5ppm for every 10 gallons of water."

If true, would it be better to go with this rather than powder based phosphate remover like Rowaphos?
