Order from the coast? (kamloops)

Ok, who wants to be the group order "Ambassador"? I don't mind. Someone needs to collect the order list and names/phone numbers of all participants. Everyone pays individually, but only one person can order for the group. Also what cut off day worst best for everyone? So far Lisa needs it done for either a Tuesday or Friday pickup, both days work for me. Tuesday is so close I am not sure if it is an option any longer, I will call and check unless Friday works better.
