the marine apprentice is on a distinguished road

i am wondering what these things are. they are little brown tubes comming out of my rock there are three of them and they all have what it looks like is a little critter inside them. i have no idea what the heck they are but they seem to release some sort of stringy slime once in a while. does anyone know what they are??? please

they are the brown tubes on the rock to the right of my engineer goby
