RED SEA MAX 130 questions/price

looking at a red sea max 130

Never used as a saltwater tank- Reptiles only.... (Odd i know)
New filter units and the works on the back(newnew)
Only use on the tank was the lights
Includes the stand aswell

what price could this hypethetically be worth?

and are there MH/ light upgrades to run on these systems?
