My skimmers always do that when I haven't adjusted them right (air and water intake). On my new 150 my hydor 700 did that the first time I powered it up. Even with nothing in the tank at all, it foamed up and overflowed a bit until I dialed back the air and let it settle out / break in over the course of a few hours. Are other people reporting that epoxy is causing their skimmers to go "crazy" like that? Your account is the first suggestion of it that I've seen.
