UPS lost the shippment, suppost to be here Tues. By 8:00 that night I got worried and checked the tracking again. It said it was delivered at 5:11 but nothing was here. Called UPS to find it. Got up just before 2 this afternoon and found a frozen package on my front step with no knock or Doorbell.

Could UPS have left it on your step Tuesday? I seriously doubt UPS was making any deliverys on New Years Day. Could a neighbor have signed for it and left it out?
