I have always liked the mag series I havea MAG 12 and it works great just the right amount of output IME for my 150 which is 60x24x24 I also have a tunze 6080, 6000 and soon to have a 6212 wave box
 oh ya had to edit it I think that days of having super fast water flow thur your sump is over. I'm all about taking it slow since Im 39 and all slow is good. lol but anyways slower is better IMO where the skimmer can actually clean your water for you, HTH
