It doesn't sound like it. Sounds like the light is just a single DE bulb...wonder if it's a 15-w or 250w, either way, not very good coverage. By the looks of the livestock though, it was doing just fine! I wish I was in the market....it would be nice to have all that equipment for that price. AND a tank that has a finished stand!!!
