Turtle to good home

He's a red eared slider, As for the pond idea it would have to be fairly deep and have a good muddy bottom. He might have a chance then. Check with some of the LFS's. They might take him in on trade. Unfortunately they are not as popular as they once were. A lot of people blamed them for salmonella, but I don't think they were as bad as some people thought. Cute little guys though and yes they bite but not like a snapping turtle. Snappers are nasty and I would not suggest them for anybody other than experienced people.Hope you find a good home for him/her...
