AJ's is selling a T5HO fixture that you can daisy chain together. Comes in 24, 36, or 48" lengths and includes ballast. They are CHEAP. Hmmm...this might work. I do have a couple of Tek reflectors kicking around. What do you mean "daisy chain together"?
