based on a reefing calulator, you need approx 8.4L of saturated Lime water (aka Kalk) where saturated lime water is 2tsp per gallon. This is darn long drip in my opinion.
Buy some Kent turbo calcium and mix 3.7tsb and add it to your water. Your pH is ok IMO..should buffer itself after some water changes. Good luck. BTW here is the reefing calcutor: http://home.comcast.net/~jdieck1/chemcalc.html
