Need help with building Beckett SKimmer for over 200g

Well when it come to Reef/Saltwater hardware I still consider Noobs =( There is too much information on the Information Highway and easy to get lost and big mess and that what happen to me.. getting confused and conflict idea.

So I really don't know what is good for a big tank. The tank will come with a Sump and refugium (can't spell that thing) so I decided to put a skimmer there. The only skimmer and also my first work one is AquaC Remora for my 30g. So from 30g to 250g is a huge jump for me to learn all about pumbling, sump, ,refugium and a huge skimmer that efficient enough to skim all the puffers poop.. that tank going to be a different speciest of Puffer fish tank
