I use 6" electronics fans for evaporative cooling, not so much to cool my lamps. Anyway, I got them at RP Electronics in Burnaby.

If you purchase 230V fans, yet run them at 115V, they are DEAD quiet and still move a reasonable amount of air. You have to get ball bearing models or the 115V won't be enough juice to get the fan started.
