![]() Doug,
I totally misunderstood your post ![]() ![]() ![]() FWIW, we have mature elms and conifers lining our street. A couple of times a day there is a group of chickadees and nuthatches that come through looking for food. Haven't seen any squirrels all winter, but in summer there are a few around. Even saw a chipmunk on my way to the 4 minute-away store one time ![]() The most interesting wild thing happening right now is a magpie breaking twigs off the elm near our balcony. Must be fixing up a nest that's nearby. Very funny to watch the bird with a twig in its beak trying to get it free of the twigs still on the tree ![]() Of course, being downtown, there are numerous cart pushing people who collect bottles from dumpsters. Many of them could be homeless. Very sad to see them ![]() |
