![]() I had a chance to check the temperature exiting my ATI sunpower fixture. I had it running on 12v which is annoying to say the least when it comes to fan noise. After I ran the infrared temp gauge and the read out was only 28 degrees I was a bit surprised. Now I have it adjusted to 9v and the temp is registered at 32 degrees. I know ATI recommends 36 degrees for optimum running temperature to prolong the life of the ballast and bulbs but I think I am comfortable at 32 degree and half the decibel level on the fan. Winner winner chicken dinner.
