OK, it looks like the issue has been resolved, although with much discussion between some important people involved, or at least people involved.
So, the Random Thought Thread has been re-opened, but it would appear that this thread is about to be squished, although I have no idea why .... Wait, don't close it yet .... I'm not done ...  Thanks for your help Kien, you're the fastest .. OK close it
