Out of the Marine Hobby into freshwater looking for rams

If you're going to put other fish in the tank, start with the least aggressive and move up to the most aggressive. So if you plan on keeping for example, a few smaller non-aggressive fish with those rams, add those fish first, then your rams.

How'd you get your tank to cycle so quickly? I thought this tank was started up from scratch?
