LF 36" T5HO 4x39W or 54W Lighting, Edm

I have a 2x39Watt T5 HO now on my 55gal. Looking to upgrade to a higher lighting to keep the Soft Corals/LR going. So far the 2x39watts seem to be fine but would like a larger light source.

Question on how long to have on during the day as well, so far there on 9hrs daily, should I bump that up to 12hrs?

Anything out there? let me know, would be possibly interested, Not sure if i want to go MH yet,
