Water change water

i filled a bucket with RO water, added my salt to right salinity, put air bubbler and heater in and planned for water change that day for my 12g nano. Well that was 2-3 days ago. (got very busy with other stuff

) My question is, is this water still good for my water change or do i start fresh?
