I had that at an icecream shop one time. Good stuff! It inspired the Epic Man Meal we had some time ago. We had candied bacon, Braised then deep-fried bacon, and bacon pototo pops for starters, Peameal Bacon Burgers and BBQ Pork Belly (aka Bacon), Bacon sundae for dessert, all served with Voodoo beer (Bacon & Maple Beer).
Ya, great idea at the time... terrible time afterwards.
