I run mine 24/7/365.
I want the fresh air coming into the house at all times but especially when I don't have windows and doors open. It doesn't take much difference in the indoor/outdoor temperatures to remove water from the incoming humid air in summer, and if I have the A/C on there is going to be a big difference or I wouldn't have the A/C on at all.
