1. yes add a fish
2. a 10% water change is ok
3. just do your normal water changes. 10%/ week
4. pods sure macro i would wait there is no nutrients for them to remove so they may die off releasing phosphates into the system.

(loved the school of fish and sting ray idea rofl)
