I bought Key Aquarium lighting. The same guy that has been selling Maxspect sells this and claims it has a higher PAR and output than the Maxspect.
I purchased from fish-street.com Good news is this light according to the site and the vendor is UL, CCC, and CE approved so I wont have to worry about the fires and home insurance issues.
