Silicone cure time?

Ok I don't have that much time to let it cure so I will have to work something else out. Thanks.

Anyone know a good product to bond acrylic to..hmmm...not sure what it is exactly but basically just a regular type of plastic? I guess most superglues would work since its plastic to plastic? This would also just be a veneer type thing so not under any pressure or holding water.
