hey jamie,
i will not defend JL for their service to you, as i have heard a few complaints from others too. but i can say i have had good service from them myself, so far. when were you there?, i went there today too...and yes the sps was lacking, tho i have also been there when the sps tanks were full. anyhow i saw marc and rob there too. what a coincidence eh?
