Live Rocks - Free (almost) Vancouver

Now that I have your attention...
Going to reno the family room and future plans does not include a reef tank. So I have to remove the 72 gal tank and its content by mid June.
I have about 100+ lbs of live rocks and a frog spawn FREE of charge. The catch is that the tank, the sand and the stand has to go with the live rocks.
