I used rubbermaids for my sump and refugium but now (5 months later) I want to either make an acrlyic sump or retro-fit an old glass tank with baffles.
They bow pretty bad and are probably not worth the trouble trying to put baffles in. As you can see i cut out the top of the lid to give it support. a pic:
