Lighting wattage - how much is too much?

Place your softies near or on the bottom in a more shaded area and you should be fine. Your fish won't care and most anemone's need quite a bit of light anyhow.

I have almost the same amount of light on my tank and my tank is more shallow than yours. My blue mushrooms don't seem to mind the light.
