Preparing a Triggerfish delicasy

I don't know about Triggers but I have taken all the sea food I got at the store plus some Selcon and maybe some speralina add some saltwater and blended it all up. Once it is small enough (Maybe bigger for a Trigger) I put it in a zip lock bag and layed it flate in the freezer.
Then each day I break a bit off, thaw it and feed the tank
