Algae, or what is it?

Hi Guys,

I am cycling my 30G tank for one week. Last Sunday I added several live rocks to it to make this process faster. Apparently something start to grow on those rocks. Looks like green bubbles. In addition to that, rocks and a coral sand start covering with green-brown substance. Not too much so far but already a visible amount. Is it normal?



If not how to get reed of it?
