IM 25g complete no livestock

Thinking of upgrading and just gauging interest now before I decide. It would be complete plug and play system including

sump
plumbing
return pump
heater
lights and stand to hang it (use one, keep one as backup)
skimmer
ato (no reservoir, unless you want a bucket)
powerhead
can probably even include a doser but no containers

You would just need sand and rock although I can include some pieces of pest free live rock.

Pick up would be in abbotsford over spring break.
