Quick update for those interested:
The wrasse started healing, one of the white "blotches" has since disappeared and the other one in the forehead is starting to turn blue/purple again. Still not sure what caused it in the first place but he looks good and is swimming around/eating. Gonna have to chalk this one to him getting too close to the Pom Pom.
