12 year old 120 gallon shut down

I have 3 breeding clowns, 1 Bi-colour angel, 1 Zebbra Damsel, 2 Green tube anemone, 3 Conch, 1 abalone, 1 Halloween crab, several cleaner crabs, 1 orange/Purple Lobster.
120 Gallon tank, 20 gallon sump, enclosed stand and canopy.There are three Skimmers one Red Sea, Coralife super skimmer and a Euro Reef that could use a new pump,three power heads, soft coral frag kit (New),lots of misc stuff, there is also 60-70 lbs of live rock that is covered in soft corals.$500.00
