![]() What would you guys use? Would a 4 bulb t5ho be enough because it's so shallow? No sps, just all sorts of Lps and zoas/Palys.
(36 long x 24 wide x 14 tall) thanks |

![]() That would be plenty of light for a softie/LPS tank thats only 14".

![]() I would say that would be more than enough light. Im sure you could even grow some hearty sps under that.

![]() Kinda trying to stay away from the LEDs, as I just find they are missing something. Would a single 250w halide light it if I raise it up?

![]() I'm having a 40 x 24 x 15 built right now and I will be putting an 8 bulb t5 fixture above it. It's dimmable though so I can dial it in to what I need. This tank will be sps dominant though so a little different I guess.

![]() Would one d120 light the whole tank up? I can buy them for $95 shipping in. (From the states). I may go with a 4 bulb though as I also have 2 DIY led fixtures at home, but love the t5 colours way more. Also have a 250w halide with pfo ballast. Decisions decisions
